Welcome to Franklin County’s Vendor Registration page. Please follow the instructions and information below to establish a user name and password to view bids that are currently posted. By creating an account you can let us know more about your business and the goods and services offered.
Who can register?
Any Vendor wishing to do business with Franklin County. It is important to note that the Franklin County Board of Commissioners are committed to ensuring that diversity and inclusion values are considered in all aspects of County Procurement. To that effort, the County encourages local businesses and Small and Emerging Business Enterprises (SEBE) to register as a vendor with the County as a first step toward engaging in potential partnership opportunities.
Why is it important to register?
The Purchasing Department develops its Bidders Notification List for each bid based on the registered vendors’ NAICS Classification Codes as they apply to each bid’s requirements. When registering, use your company’s NAICS Classification Codes Listing to help us identify your company’s capabilities to provide services and goods to the County.
If you wish to modify or update an existing vendor registration, use the Update Vendor Registration form. Please complete all relevant information so we can better serve you.
We strongly recommend you regularly check the website under the “Bid Opportunities” section to ensure you do not miss out on any opportunities.

All bids are advertised in the following locations: The Daily Reporter, on this website by selecting the Menu option and clicking on “Bid Opportunities”, and in two locations within the Franklin County Courthouse at 373 South High Street. Lastly, anyone may obtain a hard copy of bid packages for goods and services by coming to our office located on the 25th floor of 373 South High Street. Hard copies of bid documents related to construction projects are available through the printer referenced in each individual bid advertisement.
